2.25 Square Leather patch Hook Velcro Backed- real razor blade inside. Warning: Contains realsingle edge razor blade sewn into the patch.Sharp! Danger! Use at your own risk! While we wouldn't recommend it for kids per say, it definitely works quite well on them. Razor blade can be accessed by simply destroying the patch.
